I went with the flow which took me to Costa Rica.
Even if I haven’t seen the whole land of Costa Rica I like it and in my eyes it’s a beautiful country with amazing nature and wildlife just outside the window.
Last February I got the opportunity to do a few weeks trip to Costa Rica as a surf instructor, so I did it.
Things was happening and plans was changing. When I was supposed to go with the flight to Sweden I felt I wasn’t ready, I did what I could to follow my feelings, I changed my flight. Surf and yoga was the main things I was doing and of course meeting new people like Costa Rica locals to people from Alaska and Syria. Yes, a lot of people with different Culture. The trip was amazing, I didn’t plan anything because if I did everything was always changing. I run into new people now and then. People I went surfing, dancing or just shared a coconut with. I putted myself in new situation and that’s way I feel this was one of my best trips I ever done. I totally recommend everybody to put yourself in new situation it’s such a funny way to find out and learn more about yourself.
Somehow I got a knee injury while Surfing. I found a new friend I was surfing with, the waves were beautiful like the people in the water. I had some nice waves and yes that’s how I ended my trip. Perhaps that’s what I needed to be able to leave Costa Rica.
Today I’m home in Sweden, working and taking care of my knee injury with amazing help like always from Jernvallenmulticenter.
It’s getting time for summer here and what’s better to do then teaching yoga? Yup, that’s what I want to do now and I’m looking forward to meet new and old yogis!
If anyone is curious what I’m feeling about skiing, I love to be honest with you. I still love skiing and I’m still dreaming of it..
